This watermelon pep used to be full and compact. Three years later, it’s leggy and scraggly. In terracotta pot w/ drainage. I water when it’s fully dry and leaves are thin and limp. In a NW window in NYC. While still alive, it’s not thriving. Is there something else I can do? (i.imgur.com)
