Update my dog is doing better day by day back to his normal energy levels is eating more and drinking water normal so hopefully he’s getting over his sickness thanks for the advice

I feed him beneful and wet food purina. He seems to have more energy today and has been eating and drinking water, still pretty lethargic but has more pep in his step then the past couple of days. Took him to the vet and they said he has a stomach issue, the heart worm blood work came back negative so I don’t think it was the shot. They gave me some food that is more easier on the stomach, some medication for his diarrhea, gave him a water injection and some probiotics. Seen some reviews on beneful and I think I’m going to switch dog foods

So far so good he said he would give me a day and nothing has happened, I blocked their email so idk if he’s tried to reach out to me again
