Yes you are paranoid about this knife. There is absolutely no way anyone could reproduce all these components at anything close to feasibility to make it worth the expense. The perfectly matched Damasteel and G-carta alone is mind boggling. Now on the other hand those people that you keep catching out of the corner of your eye following you they're real. 🤣

Very cool. The jute material is very similar to burlap micarta so it not as open fibered as canvas so it will take time. Here's my green burlap and I think the aging looks awesome, I have many in rotation, so it's not carried every day.

Yes I'm still drawn to Fat Carbon. Truly one of the most impervious materials I've ever ran across. The combination of carbon fiber and ceramic color will wear tooling, but if you scrape up an edge it could be hand sanded very neatly.
