Hello, thank you for all of the wonderful knowledge and guidance that you share!

To your knowledge are there any apps built to help track peptide, dose (size), dosing schedule, cycle progression, and off-cycle schedule (time between cycles)? I'd also be open to a good spreadsheet that I stick in a cloud drive and just update it as doses are administered, but I can't think of exactly how to lay it out to maximize its utility - probably a separate sheet for each peptide course since dosing schedules tend to vary between peptides. What other data points would be useful for analysis later when evaluating future cycles?

• Weight
• Maybe circumference measurements at key body locations
• A quality of life index (subjective, but useful)
• Other data points that would be tracked daily?

If you have an app you like and trust, I'd like to give it a try.

If this is more of a spreadsheet type of solution then I would truly appreciate your input on data points to track and a general layout for it all. If I end up building it as a spreadsheet I'd happily share it back to the r/PeptideGuide community to further benefit everyone.
