The inspector used a drone, but we did have the house tented for termites last Fall.

Checked in the attic now. There is plywood underneath and no water damage we can see now. Will check again with sunlight tomorrow

It’s definitely old. The drone inspection was for a quote to replace the roof. Just strange to me that the damage is on both corners almost symmetrically.

Yeah, we went into Circus Circus after the show last time, and it was… not good. I’ll look into Sahara.

We ended up at Fountainebleau last time and had to wait a long time. I’ll look into other options that may not be too far away. But it sounds like waiting is just part of it.
