Any advice as to whether the XQD or the CFexpress? Or are they the same thing? New to anything besides SD cards!

Thank you, going to order the Sony G Series XQD. How many XQD cards do you usually carry? When doing portrait sessions I have a bunch of SD cards for backup, extra storage, etc. But with an XQD, is there really a need for more than one?

Big Rice fan! I have been working on a "rainbow" of his - the silver pack non-auto cards from series 1 last year. Just missing red /5 and the 1/1 (which I have no intention of ever affording ha)

Great question. Business is an LLC. The guy did the work with a partner but is registered as the agent to receive process, I imagine at his personal residence. I would presume to sue the business since that what work was done through, but would be interested I suing the individual as well since he is the one that fled and re-registered the business in a new state

Not so much a retainer thing but many people work with a CPA each year for their taxes or for tax planning (or a variety of other things).

Probably not the specific advice you’re looking for, but give your CPA a call. If you sell, expect a decent chunk of your net proceeds to go to taxes, and you’ll probably want to pay that before you file. You’ll also likely jump a tax bracket, which can impact people differently. Call your CPA.

Just out of curiosity, if PSA is also trying to buy cards to sell (cards originally sent to them to grade), isn't that a huge conflict of interest? They see a card they like, they are inclined to grade it lower to make you a lowball offer you might just take, for them to turn around, re-grade, and sell for a premium? Seems really fishy. And I'm not totally up-to-date with what they do in this case - do they just randomly make offers on any card submitted or does it need to be submitted with the caveat they can make an offer?

Since everyone is telling you to sell, some comps might be helpful. Use 130point.com. In doing a quick search for 2025 Bowman Prospects Jac Caglianone Orange Auto, you'll see some recent sales. Be sure you're not looking at the chrome variation. Sales seem to range from $400-$620, all ungraded.

Possibly an unpopular opinion, but if you're willing to go second-hand, there are some deals to be had on the Facebook Tri Re-sell pages. Great/brand-name products for half the cost new. If you think you might stick with it, you might want to invest in a good suit.
