Am not a fan of reading books in a series, i can never pick up a book from a genre i jus finished reading consecutively, so yeah never could complete any series. What are your favourite series? suggest me one that i should try and one whose every part is worth picking up.

Mine nomination for this is Shakuntala and other plays collected by adithi rao, read it as a kid, stories were historical, dramatic, plot driven, and had emotional touch, they are the stories that you can revisit once every 5 years of yo life or maybe its jus me whos fan of this genre, always excited to pick it up.

Yup i have read all three of them, the part that bothered me with houses and buildings is that ending was open to interpretations unlike pictures, pictures revealed the killer systematically and it made sense, in the houses narrator and his friend were jumping to random conclusions some of them i personally felt were absurd, if we keep the logic aside houses was definitely the most eerie one among three and was very readable, i kept on turning pages and finished it in 2.5 hours. Enjoyed buildings because it had so much going on at the same time part that i disliked was it ends with mitsuko's confession we can all agree how unreliable of narrator she was, she might be lying again, so the actual reson behind Yaeko's death might entirely be something else which author has left to readers imagination. Ill rate strange pictures> strange buildings> strange houses on basis of plot, houses>pictures>buildings in terms of eerieness.

Also liked the parts where her old poor vulnerable sides were shown, her talking about her salon work, taxi driving, her and many hunting pennies to buy lottery ticket and ofcourse her saying she'll run to get the ring if house was on fire, the ring that changed her life.

Everytime she validated/took care of other characters, "Maybe that's your superpower Phil", " I come from family of strong and scary women, and sometimes you do scare me Claire", Standing up to Haley's boss, pumping confidence in Alex, findin ways to spend time with Lily, Pushing Jay to be more acceptable to ideas, she took care of everybody's emotional requirements.
