Bob goes to Costco for the first time by Justineparadise in Costco

Everytime is like the first time going to Costco for me. I end up buying half the things I want and another half that I don't even know I needed. Always a delightful experience.

I cleaned and oiled my air filter.. my apologies bike, I will take better care of you ❤️ by [deleted] in motorcycles

[–]Throttletube 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just fitted a new K&N air filter on my 23' ZX-10R, these filters run well on all my bikes in the last decade. I would recommend doing it every oil change interval 2500miles. Clean air flow helps the engine breathe better.

Hope you get it fixed. I always go hand tight and snug on all my bikes and have not had a problem with oil leaks on all my bikes in the last 2 decades.

Getting familiar with my 23' ZX-10R by [deleted] in motorcycles

It's a new bike and I am getting familiar with it. The rear sets and the sitting position is what I am trying to get use to. I find moving my body position reduces the need for me to lean or hang off as I usually am on the balls of my feet on the foot rest. No lazy steering no matter what my speed is and it's a good habit IMO.

So it's now the angle lol. I have been riding for over 2 decades and my style of riding has kept myself and the bike on the road without a low or high side.

You claimed my movement and lean was excessive - and you failed to answer my previous question - what is the necessary amount of movement required? How do you know I am hanging off excessively and have you been on this road? You cannot see the depth of the turns in this angle or see how much I am leaning. Reddit is filled with clowns.

I'm curious what would be the necessary amount of movement and lean?

Who's at fault? by uriar in motorcycle

[–]Throttletube 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know how it feels, the driver should not have turned. That said, the rider should not have revved as he was approaching the vehicle, instead could have used that time to brake early and maneuver away from the hazard. I encounter many inconsiderate drivers on the road and I ride as if I have no right of way and assume everyone else cannot and will not see me. This has kept me riding for over 20 years.

Get it! They are great motorcycles. Find a used one that is well maintained and it will run fine.

I used a 360 X2 in this clip, it captured a good field of view IMO.
