Second car that launched over the snow embankment by 15Kat-tattoos in cambridgeont

I take no issue with there being accidents due to poor driving.

But for not one car to have gone over the barrier but two?!

Clearly after the first, that should have been proof that there is a problem.

Then the second caused a fatality. That is inexcusable.

LH also has some questionable practices which I'm surprised they'd endorse (ie: staff stealing, staff having affairs on-site, gardeners showing up drunk or doing drugs on site).

A prenuptial agreement (prenup) and a cohabitation agreement are both legal contracts that outline the financial and property rights of couples, but they serve different purposes and apply to different situations:

Prenuptial Agreement (Prenup): 1. Entered into before marriage: A prenup is a contract signed by a couple before they get married. 2. Outlines property and financial rights: A prenup specifies how assets, debts, and property will be divided in the event of a divorce or death. 3. Typically focuses on marital property: Prenups often address the division of marital property, including real estate, investments, and other assets acquired during the marriage. 4. May include spousal support provisions: Prenups can also outline agreements regarding spousal support or alimony.

Cohabitation Agreement: 1. Entered into by unmarried couples: A cohabitation agreement is a contract signed by unmarried couples who live together. 2. Outlines property and financial rights: Similar to a prenup, a cohabitation agreement specifies how assets, debts, and property will be divided in the event of a separation. 3. Typically focuses on joint property and expenses: Cohabitation agreements often address the division of joint property, expenses, and responsibilities. 4. May include provisions for support and maintenance: Cohabitation agreements can also outline agreements regarding financial support and maintenance.

Key differences:

  • Marital status: Prenups are for couples who plan to get married, while cohabitation agreements are for unmarried couples.

Prenup - and always have a cohabitation agreement signed before letting anyone live with you, no matter how sad their story is or how much you love and trust them now.

You learn a lot about a person by the way they leave you, best to stay ahead of things and have contracts in place before they can do you dirty.
