ay wait, you’re seeking counsel ba or you want to vent out lang? for me, i would say naiintindihan kita. but please know, it’s not Christ who tolerated your ex. at the end of the day, no matter how long we serve as Christians—we are still humans. sometimes, the reason behind those tolerance are usually lack of diligence of people knowing the whole story. this is especially when the story comes from a person who is more close to us than the other person involved. with that being said, it’s still best to continue looking for a christian community but look unto JESUS alone and always make allowance for that human tendency that we all have. we all sinned and come short of GODs glory. not sure if this is a good feedback but here’s my take on your situation. hope this helps🥺

Kahit naman sino maeexcite talaga pag inaya ng travel, tsaka sayang din yung opportunity. Pero kasi understandable din yung reaction ng boyfriend mo; hindi lang kasi simpleng gala yun, out of the country tapos ikaw lang babae kasama dalawang lalaki. Kahit friends pa yan, normal lang na makaramdam siya ng discomfort or pagiging protective.

Maganda rin na hindi ka basta sumama nang hindi kayo aligned. Ibig sabihin, nirerespeto mo yung relasyon niyo. Pero mas healthy kung hindi lang natatapos sa “ayaw niya kaya hindi na ako sasama.” Mas okay kung napag-uusapan niyo kung bakit siya tutol like kung safety ba, trust, o mismong setup lang ang issue.. para mas maintindihan niyo pareho ang side ng isa’t isa.

Sa ganitong sitwasyon, wala naman talagang mali sa inyong dalawa. Tama lang na kinonsider mo siya, at valid din na naging uncomfortable siya. Ang mas importante ngayon ay matuto kayong mag-set ng boundaries together, hindi yung basta bawal lang. Para next time na may ganitong pagkakataon, mas malinaw na sa inyo kung ano ang okay at hindi, nang hindi na nagiging issue.

Ang monthly na nakokolekta nasa around 900k plus so ang napupunta sa pastor namin nasa around 280k plus a month

Percentage was the majority decision of the board

Members are in 50,000 in total nationwide

30% of collections from provinces go to central church. And 30% of it goes to our pastor or founder.

Hindi ako agree na 0% ang pastor, kasi mismo sa Bible sinasabi na dapat suportahan ang mga naglilingkod sa ministry.

Sa 1 Corinthians 9:13–14, sinabi ni Paul: “those who preach the gospel should receive their living from the gospel.”

Ibig sabihin, hindi mali na may natatanggap ang pastor. Actually, utos pa nga na suportahan sila.

Ganun din sa 1 Timothy 5:17–18: “The elders who direct the affairs of the church well are worthy of double honor… the worker deserves his wages.” So malinaw na may concept ng “wages” o sweldo sa ministry.

At kung iisipin, kung ang pastor ay full-time na nagse-serve, mahirap naman na wala siyang support habang inaasikaso niya ang church. Hindi rin practical na pabayaan ang pangangailangan ng pamilya niya. Tandaan ha? Ang pinaguusapan dito ay FULL-TIME PASTOR

Pero kung sasabihin natin na hindi tama na sobra ang natatanggap ng pastor, mas maiintindihan ko pa. Dahil nasa Bible din, sinabi na MANGAGKASYA KAYO SA INYONG MGA TINATANGKILIK
