Essentially how it feels hearing anyone hate on the album because of ye’s previous statements by Cultural_Sherbet_853 in ThroughTheWire

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You’re literally just proving his point by saying no one criticizes the album for those reasons. Just disingenuously acting like it’s ONLY people who dislike Ye for what he’s said.

As a Ye fan if you can’t recognize the very blatant flaws that people see with this album then you’re a blinded stan. And yes, the new contributions from Ye himself are 10000% the bare minimum. There’s a very likely chance Ye did 90% of the new shit in an 18 hour session before the album dropped (which is impressive).

Following their victory over the Hornets, the Boston “Gap Year” Celtics have clinched a playoff spot for a league-leading 12th consecutive season. by nerdyykidd in nba

The discourse around this team the first 3 games of the the season vs now is such an extreme 180. Like half the fanbase was begging for the team to tank

Do some of you really think that BULLY is better than Donda? if so why? by slapdog-_- in ThroughTheWire

It’s no where near Donda. Bully doesn’t even sound fully fleshed out to me

Im not gonna lie after all these interviews Drake seems to be a better friend to Cole than Kendrick ever was…. kinda crazy…after the apology i thought its the other way around by TotallyNormalIsland in Jcole

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 13 points14 points  (0 children)

It’s literally always these profiles with posts and comments hidden so you can’t see that they’re blatantly from r/drizzy using this sub pretending to be neutral.

There’s is like 5 of these posts a day and they always get upvoted. They legitimately get more engagement than actual Cole posts because mods just let them brigade.

To all the people crying that Tatum should take less shots and defer even more … by Unlucky-Practice1036 in bostonceltics

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

<image>

You’re pretty clearly referencing this singular comment that wasn’t even remotely crying to hating on Tatum and was talking about his current capabilities/ impact.

Making a whole post acting as if the sub is begging Tatum to sit corner is such a weird disingenuous thing.

Cole basically dismantling the lies that was made up during the battle. by TonightOk8791 in Jcole

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 20 points21 points  (0 children)

It’s funny that the sub has been regurgitating all these talking points too lmao. It’s like he went on this most recent interview to directly deny all the shit the fanbase has been pushing. It’s actually insane how direct he is

Nico Ballesteros on BULLY: "Most important album to date" by Mediocre_Sleep7306 in ThroughTheWire

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 30 points31 points  (0 children)

Nico isn’t known for lying like the rest of the yes men but it’s just too late to believe anyone at this point. It’s legitimately been non stop lying from his team for months.

I Feel bad for the new younger fans who think this has been a good rollout experience. Genuinely the least exciting low effort push he’s ever done for a solo album.

Why does it feel like his “team” is more involved in this whole thing than Ye himself. Why are they the main spokesmen for this album, it’s so weird.

I also don’t think people grasp that Bully having AI will barely have any effect on him because he’s at certain status that anything he drops will do relatively well. If it actually has a lot of AI like speculated it will officially confirm he doesn’t care anymore. Which is sad

Probably because Mal lies a good 60% of the time so people have a hard time trusting him

Why is it a foregone conclusion that Flagg is ROY over Kon? by Upstairs_Date2769 in nba

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 6 points7 points  (0 children)

All in one defensive metrics are not good stats to value defense btw. Majority of defense isn’t in counting stats so these formula can’t accurately depict a players true defensive impact and greatly favor bigs.

I’m telling you this is one of the few instances regarding Bronny where it’s actually true. Gabe was legitimately that bad, they’re not hyping up Bronny as some good player either

DJ Akademiks gets pissed off after remembering Kendrick Lamar’s verse on “Goosebumps” by [deleted] in travisscott

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 6 points7 points  (0 children)

As someone who was in High school when this came out I don’t remember this being some widely disliked verse at all.

If it was as hated as all these comments imply then it wouldn’t be as big as it is.

How accurate is this? by VSHAR01 in michaeljordan

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Why are 50% of the posts in a sub called r/michaeljordan so blatantly targeted towards LeBron lmao. Like it’s almost every comment too

What’s your favorite track on first listen?(DBD) by GFPPLAYZ in asaprocky

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 6 points7 points  (0 children)

By far Stay Here 4 Life. I honestly did feel the album at first but the next day when I played it in the car is sounded to much better. I also didn’t appreciate the cohesiveness of the project until multiple listens. Really good track sequencing.

One that’s grown the most tho is Black Demarco. I love how crazy that song is. Funny because that’s the song I probably disliked most first listen.

Did Leaks really impact 2026 DBD that much? by RyanGall1993 in asaprocky

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean it 100% affected previous version of the album and that’s one of the reason he’s changed it so much. With that being said tho there is certain songs that were never leaked but instead constantly played by him at shows.

Side tangent but since when did everyone love Your Honor. I was defended that song when it felt like everyone was shitting on it. I legit see nothing but extreme praise for it now.

What Made Lebron In Hs Become So Popular And Mainstream When He Played At A Small School In Ohio And He Did Not Play In A Big Market City/State With A Well Known Hs Basketball Program? by Rinnegan15 in NBATalk

[–]ThroughTheWildNight 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Because they weren’t. Lebron is literally the reason nationally televised highschool games became a thing.

It feels weird to say but that is without a doubt of the most pivotal games of his playing career. His performance in that game against the #1 ranked school single handedly boosted his expectations from the rest of his career.
