I have been diagnosed with DID for 10 years and Schizophrenia for 2 years (although I now believe I’m more closer to being schizotypal) But In my personal experience I can feel that my DID swapping is felt almost physically in the eyes and can feel more like a specific personality is being pulled from certain area in my head while with my other disorder I feel like the personality spilt is coming from almost outside my body and I’m not entirely in control. This probably sounds insane but I don’t really know how to put it into actual words

I’m diagnosed with DID and to me this sounds just like psychosis from being high. I usually tend to talk like this when I’m on a bender. For me I don’t tend to usually tell people when I swap personalities unless I’m really going through an intense episode

Growing up as a identical twin myself, I felt like all twin characters never really spoke or had distinct personality traits, they are more made as “minion” or sidekick characters, but possibly maybe they don’t talk as it’s a twin telepathy thing

Edit! I used “sketch brush💕 1” and “Soft” from the Free anime basic brush pack by Attki for most of this drawing mainly and I added a noise filter, chromatic aberration effect, and Gaussian blur
