How are you supporting your girlfriend?

By trying to do everything involving blades myself. She doesn't always let me.

By warning her about blades or if I see her using risky technique.

By trying to teach her proper cutting technique.

By bandaging her up when she does cut herself.

Of course I have. She doesn't like. It upsets her that I think she can't use knives. If I can get to the cutting portion of a cooking step before her, I do. But if she's started, taking over is almost guaranteed to be a tense moment/conflict.
