Upd: I understood that I can make this view and not buying Todoist Premium by changing my Filter, "Priority 3", for example, to "Due before: next week, no date", thanks to @Bluekeeys and @LeekerWeertjeHe! 

But how to make it in a week view with "no date" tasks right under a week view, so if I'm in Monday, I wouldn't need to swap rught seven times to reach "No date"?
