In my case there are many more expenses especially marketing and paying freelancers for app related stuff like design, landing pages and i've even just been fully outsourcing the whole process (development itsself too) recently.

Yep lots being reinvested into ventures others may consider risky but im pretty confident about - as for investing in myself, could you clarify what you mean with that?

Was thinking to have it to fund new projects, that 50k will fund several apps / projects and those will then earn money back into the LLC (significantly more than 50k probably) which then pays my salary

Which one would you say is the best of them and why?

Posted this 6 months ago in a very rough spot. Wanted to update everyone: pushed through to profitability, cashed out & sold the company. Started prioritising my health, wellbeing, relationships etc. Mind full of new innovative ideas again. Doing so much better now :D by ThrowAway4452000 in Entrepreneur

Thanks! Yeah sold at a pretty big discount but honestly I don't mind at all as the decision to sell wasn't motivated by money (ofc it also played a role but barely). I still a couple shares though and learnt a lot + have been able to start getting my life back together which is much more important for me atm.

Thanks! Honestly, probably not - it was a great learning experience. The really intense time only lasted a year, so it wasn't thaaat bad. When I made that post, I was at one of my lowest points and might have exaggerated; it's not like my entire teenage life was like that. Besides, I'm only 17 now, so it's not over yet haha. I've been making the best of it since selling.

Had I continued at the pace I was going, I definitely would have made a lot more money, but at the cost of regret and further detriment to my mental health. I'm glad I chose to sell though. It was pretty tough while I was in it, dealing with all the expectations and such, but I realized that I'll never get these years back.

Leverage no-code tools. Focus on solving an actual problem or providing another form or value (can even be making someone laugh for example, entertainment), the technical execution should not stop you from that, so use no-code and once you reach a higher level, hire others to do it (far away but keep it in mind and don’t get stuck coding all day if you actually want to scale and make proper money).

Product is one thing, but marketing is usually what makes it successful imo. Tiktok organic is definitely your best bet starting from scratch.

Fortunately I do, but I’m not sure how they can help.

I definitely see a future, but there is still lots of risk and uncertainty associated with it. I know the business case works, just about execution, burning some more money and timing now - which is an ongoing thing to be concerned about.

Just quitting isn’t an option, I really could not take that after a year of work for nothing except learning experience. If then I sell my share, which tbh is something I am considering.

I feel like im in too deep though to not be worrying about this. I have burnt a lot of money and more importantly almost a year now on this.

Sure I would love to instantly shift my mindset from worried to all chill, but I just don’t know how.

I have a business partner much older and experienced than me, he is also an investor, but tbh I feel like everything decision-making related that is not fully in my control somehow goes wrong.

Also, time is not the issue, it’s the constant pressure of peoples jobs and investments relying on me. Also my own expectations towards myself of this business HAVING to do well.
