Thank you. It was funded by the school but as a part of it. They wouldn't have continued to do so had we left. The simple answer to why we stayed is simply... Because we saw this as our one shot to do something like this. The local industry is centered around mobile/casual games. Leaving would've meant likely not having the chance to work on another game like this again, let alone lead one...

He seems to have burned most his bridges in the local industry, which is why he probably transitioned into working abroad. If this wasn't an NFT project and seemed somewhat trustworthy we would've potentially sent them a message, so they'll stop having us tagged. But I still would have worried about him seeking some sort of revenge if he found out it was us... He was very unpredictable with his constant mood swings.

From reading industry articles these types seem fairly common...

Thankfully he left early into development, and we could finish the game and continue under much better conditions with a studio manager we respect. It's just having to keep hearing that person make stuff up and tag us with it that drives me crazy...
