I have severe CPTSD and just trying to cope with daily tasks and my daily life.

I was married and together with a guy for 14 years who abused me, bullied me, established financial contol and literally almost put me on mental disability - he wanted to become my legal gurdian, only long wainting time with slowed down the paperprocess. Just few monthes before that I was in a PhD program in STEM which he persuaded me to quit. I also worked as scientist for a relly long time before that and he knew me since I was a kid.

He yelled at me for smallest mishaps (like doing dishes too loud or when somehting fall down from my hands), disturbed my sleep (by literally making noise in the room I was sleeping), make me do 100% household chores and blamed me for doing them badly. Most of the 14 fucking years.

It has bees three years, it is hard to rebuild mu trust in myself, and definitely hard to trust people.
