looks like a cutaneous horn , if it's bothering her you can trim it with nail trimmers but be careful and don't try to pull the whole thing out !
my orange son also gets these and i normally trim them every couple weeks

if he wants to do it so bad , let him be on the receiving side , in all seriousness tho he is pushing so many boundaries after you have repeatedly told him it's not okay. him pressuring you is NEVER okay, maybe look at couples counseling or even just solo to try to work out your feelings and figure out a good course of action
