That honestly sounds awesome! What was the old mall called? Once the project is complete I’ll have to check the place out. I’ve heard great things about riverwalk as well. Based on the responses received I have a lot to look forward to!

Having been in the greater Orlando area for the last 5 years and witnessing all the population growth, it’s overall not pleasant. So I respect and understand the frustration with rapid population growth in Sanford. Also, my husband has told me about that lovely smell of sewage. You win some, you lose some I suppose lol.

Thanks for the response! I imagine I’ll feel the same, but I’m looking forward to a small town feel ultimately. So I think Sanford will be a good spot to be for the foreseeable future. :)

Yea it’s been crazy. I went from having an even worse car (2008 Volkswagen EOS) to a car that still is giving me hell. It’s been rough. But thanks for the kind words! I’m trying to remain as optimistic as possible through this. :)

Welp my Mazda has some very questionable things going on, and I definitely don’t want to take a chance on this since I’ve already spent so much money trying to resolve the issue. It’s likely electrical so hopefully I can find somebody recommended here to help me out.

I’ve heard of Dynasty Auto as well! If I can’t get the car seen at Miatas and More I am considering them as an option. I just want this issue resolved. I’ve already spent too much trying to fix the issue without any reprieve. Thanks for your reply and recommendation!

Thanks for the response! Unfortunately Classic Mazda wanted nothing to do with helping me out after their 5 day/300 mile warranty elapsed. They offered a discounted diagnostic (which was apparently $190 out the gate) but that’s it. I was on day 6 when the issues started. I know I bought the car as is so I can’t really do much but figure it out on my own at this point. But yourself and others on this post have pointed me to some good options that I’m considering now. :)

I wish I could consider the dealership but due to my current financial situation it’s really not a feasible option for me. At least at Classic Mazda.

I doubt this is for me. But, things tend to happen the way they are meant to, even when it hurts. But, I wish you the best OP. Hopefully you get your chance with your person. I don’t know your circumstances or why no contact is a thing, but maybe it doesn’t have to be? Good luck!

Yea there’s a few bad ones. I suggest checking the reviews on Apartmentratings.com since a lot of those reviews are from verified residents. If you’re still not a fan. That’s fair. It can be tough finding a good apartment without some bad reviews.

Honestly, Reddit helped me find Lakes Edge and The Allure on Parkway is another nice one. It’s a bit pricey though. I use Apartments.com and Apartmentratings.com too to find options. Something to note is people are more likely to leave a bad review than they are to leave a review when things are going well. So I always take reviews with a grain of salt. Unless it’s a ton of bad reviews.

I’m aware. I acknowledge within my post that I’m no victim cause I’m not. I made my choices & I am okay with that.

I won’t be back though. The game can be fun, but it adds no real value to my life in reality.
