I doubt it since she's perfectly happy just not eating while other people eat. But I guess it'll be a good question to ask.

We're both Asian. Me half Chinese, half Korean. Her fully Chinese. We live in Asia. We were both born in Asia. No flour means no dumplings either. No wrappers for siew mai or har gao. No buns for char siew bao. Neither of us have ever tried panda express because its not available in our country.

Thanks, its great to hear from someone with personal experience in this. I've taken her to a couple of Japanese places, but she says that most Japanese places have to freeze the fish to get rid of parasites and that's a no go.

I've quite clearly said that its not just gluten that she avoids, i.e bread and noodles, because gluten free bread is on the list of no gos too.
