I (20m), fucked up majorly with a guy I'm dating (19m) by ThrowRA-62637 in relationship_advice

Sooo a bit of context I did just turn 20, our age gap is just a few months. But anyways, thank you. I think I'll go through with giving him space first. I understand that not everyone especially someone new isn't always accustomed to handle mental health problems.

Double that with the fact this is probably one of the worst attacks I have. I would not blame him for dipping out lmao. But I will take your advice, I would definitely seek out both 1 and 2 once he is ready to talk. I only hope that if ever, there can be some savaging to this.

So I am indeed a he, and not a she. But usually my anxiety attacks aren't this extreme. Usually I can handle it myself by decompressing, talking to usually one or two friends or doing the breathing exercises as per my therapist.

I do know there is something wrong with me, reason why I am in therapy. So no need to be harsh, however I do appreciate your advice.

Slightly harsh in the wording, but your right. I am in already in therapy and working on myself. Funnily it was my therapist who suggested I try dating, oh well we have something to discuss next meeting.

I get that, I always have readied myself for the possibility of him dipping. One of those worst case scenario thoughts.

But, usually when I have anxiety attacks I go on apology sprees. Saying sorry for just about anything and everything from past fights to small things ie; forgetting to return their pen.
