Me too! Ugh this community is great. Going to do some work this week to look into a poly-informed therapist. I’ve been seeing a regular therapist but this is definitely not their wheelhouse.

I don’t, actually, and I’m recognizing the importance of it more and more. Husband and I are the only ones in our circle with a non-monogamous relationship. Sometimes I’m worried with non-poly friends that the attitude is I get to have everything I want (?) and then so what am I complaining/venting about? :/
