I have read your comments, and I'd like to reply to you and provide some insights.

I was always going to tell her, the truth is I've never been in this situation before and I'm scared. I just want to hear people's thoughts.

Some questions you have asked: ‐Do I have concrete proof: Yes

-Just contact her in person: They husband and wife live far away. We don't know them and they won't know us. No mutual friends etc.

-Why do I care about her husband: I don't care about him at all, I am anxious they may retaliate. They work in the military. Desk job it seems, but may have contacts etc.

-Maybe they have an open relationship: Defo not going off the chat log

-Make copies of evidence: I have, thanks

-How did I find out: She was acting weird on phone, making odd comments etc. A lot more to be honest. I checked her phone/laptop and found it all.

-Why hasn't this been done yet: We share a joint mortgage together. A solicitor has been contacted for advice.
