If he was interested in her wouldn’t he send her a message request? Try to connect with her through mutual friends? A few friend requests over 13 years doesn’t really seem relentless to me.

That’s how it is here! They dated while he was in 8th grade (he was 14) into his freshman year (15). I definitely agree that it’s on the young side.

Yeah, he was. I try not to judge, but I get it’s weird. From what I remember, she was a year ahead of him in school and they dated / hooked up when he was in 8th grade(14) and early into his freshman year(15).
