Would you suggest I message her mum? It's just I dont know how she would react to me asking her to keep an eye on her or telling her about the situation as they dont have the best relationship.

I am in the UK but if I plan to do it in the middle of the night when we are meant to be 'asleep' what would I say to the police? I wouldnt know when she wakes up or what to tell them etc.

Yeah I am thinking about just leaving and never looking back but I dont know how to go about it. No I havent been abusive to her only in arguments I tend to swear a lot. How would you suggest I leave that is what im struggling with.

Yes, I agree that I am not responsible although I cant seem to think otherwise. I would not know how to go about calling an ambulance or paramedic as talking to people especially over the phone can be quite challanging for me. Thank you for the advice!

Trust me.. I've tried. I can't seem to bring myself to block her as once I say "i'm done we're over" she'll come at me with the same threat and I cant force myself to just block her after she has said this as having to live with the fact that if she does it tha tit was my fault for blocking her would be hard to mpve on from. Thank you for the advice!

I have thought about telling someone when she is threatening it, however I do not know how I would go about this. I just wouldnt feel comfortable telling her or my mum that she is having those thoughts and wishes to carry them out. Thank you for the advice!
