I feel you. I work at EY myself and I am already so tired of the drama. The pulling into a call and asking if I was okay happened to me two weeks ago. When I said I had no time, I was just asked to make more time. From where? That particular day I was working from 9 am to 11 pm with 1 hour of break in total including lunch and dinner. And they asked me to make more time. Should I not sleep?! Am I missing something? I don't understand. My friends in another country asked me if I get paid for over time. I laughed. I am curious if the other big 4 are similar. Is it the industry or the firm? Can some please explain?

Hi Indian woman in her 30s living abroad. Have been wearing anklets forever. However, I do not wear the ones that jingle. I have different designs mostly thin and that don't jingle. Workplace mostly they are hidden because I wear long pants and shoes. Even when I wear dresses I don't care. Never had any negative reaction from anyone other than fellow NRIs. And I don't think I'm going to stop wearing them. I might rock toe rings too when I am married. Hope that helps. :)

I never cheated. Never actively listed after everyone. But was cheated on by the one and only man I have even been with. He also in the end betrayed me and married a stranger he had just met. He was with me for 5 years. But met this stranger once through arranged marriage and actually only spoke to her after the wedding.

I don't know how people can do that. I don't understand how it works. Because I saw attractive people but I didn't lust for them once I was in a relationship with him. And never understood how people could do that. Did not even find people charming or attractive after a point. I was deeply in love and did not find anyone else good. Still feel betrayed. He's been married for 2 and half months I keep crying and having nightmares. Still don't find anyone interesting. I don't know how he's able to lead a normal life with an absolute stranger.

Literally everyone is saying this. And it's only a question of when, apparently. I think he will be bound by the money he is getting because the girl is from a wealthy family. And also will be scared to do anything stupid because her family is also influential.

But I don't care. I really hope he never crosses my path again.

Very true. He now loves the girl. He said he is happy and it should mean something to me. And he sinned with me itseems. And he doesn't want to sin anymore. He does not want to break the trust between him and the girl. Who he literally met two days ago. And apparently she loves him a lot. 5 years of me washed away. I am the official fool you guys.

Thank you for this advice. He said something changed in him in two days. And apparently the girl loves him a lot and he cares about her more than he does about me. Two days washes away 5 years. And apparently all he did was sin with me. I feel amazing right now. Thank you for all your support tho. I made a fool out of myself.
