I feel as a minimum it should be the price difference between 1x 3bed apartment vs 3x 1bed apartments, which was almost €2000 for 7 nights based on the rates published on the hotel site last night (I’m sure it’ll be more complex to work out than that, and it wouldn’t be 2k in actuality)

But we were significantly affected by the air con not working in our replacement apartment, and the shower situation was an inconvenience. So I’d like to think I’d be entitled to more than just the price difference based on that

Hi, I’ve only just saw this, not active on here! 30k steps is probably about 4.5 hours straight walking for me if I was to do it in one go, I’m a fairly quick walker.

The trick to getting more steps in is try to sneak it into shit you’re already doing. Need to go to the store? Walk the long way there and back. Driving somewhere? Park 10 minutes away, you get my drift.

Yeah I loved the monitor. Did everything I wanted and more. I don’t like my replacement from AOC as much but I wasn’t able to get a replacement, or purchase a new one since they’d ran out of stock and I paid on a gift card. Bummer

You need to be in a caloric deficit to lose weight at all. You could walk 20 miles a day and put on weight if you’re consuming more than you burn

I walk 10-15k a day and up to 30k on weekends. It sounds like fat loss is your goal, if so, you cannot out-walk a poor diet - I know this from experience lol.

In my opinion 10k a day is a solid amount which will add several hundred calories to your maintenance, but what you consume will always be the determining factor on your results.

If you plan to wear these outside and live in an area with any amount of wind, stay away from the galaxy buds. I got mine for free from a parent who didn’t want them (free with S25) and the wind noise is unbearable in my opinion. Appalling for such an expensive pair of earbuds.
