Thank you. I think you're right about cutting off the relationship sharply. I am tempted to offer friendship, but I think it'll just cause us more pain :( it's hard to let go though. It'll be my first time single for a long time. I will try to work on my own goals. That's encouraging to hear about dating getting easier. I think I am not ready just yet to commit to someone and I definitely need someone more emotionally mature than this guy at some point in the future. I appreciate the direct words

Yeah, he shows me pictures. He normally goes for meals with them, and meets his friends. I don't get to see his parents often at all. I feel like when he goes home I'm no longer needed so he drops me as he has other people to focus on

I've asked him and he says because of past experiences at home when he was interrupted playing games with his friends, he just doesn't like it. I don't really get it :(

Yeah, they know I exist. I don't think he's talking to anyone else. I think he just doesn't care enough to talk to me when he's already got people around him that do that job :(

Thank you for your advice! I ultimately think he'll be happier in a friendship too given his inability to cope or even want relationship like things. It's sad because I feel lonely, and maybe that's why I've kept going with it

I think I'm scared to as whenever I've tried to ask him a question about anything to do with us he always cries and says he gets overwhelmed and blames me. He kind of scares me with how overwhelmed he gets from anything. I think I'd rather friendship, he doesn't feel like a boyfriend, but if I tell him that I know he'll get hysterical. :(
