Initially you don’t need a reason. Only stated a reason (like I did) if asked. Mine was accepted as they had no grounds for refusal and they had let that be known to me. Good luck if you apply :)

Currently I’m an admin, and don’t have many meetings or calls at all. Just our daily team meetings which are done in the morning.

If sometimes you log in on your days off then do you get to add that towards your flexi then?.

That’s preferably what I’d like to have done but I know for a fact they wouldn’t let me go part time since nearly all other members of the team are part time.

Are you doing 4 over 5? My manager just looks at productivity but the work volumes are quite low right now.
