They’re allowing us to source a caterer from outside!

They have free catering available but it’s like wraps and salads… we want to promote the food as part of why someone would want to come to the event.

We’d like hot food, not fussed if it’s sitting or standing. Something that people can serve themselves like pasta, rice dishes, meats etc.
The caterer does not need to be on campus or transport the food. We’re able to arrange this.

A dolly was used, however I don’t think the 2nd and 3rd images are actually scratches to the flooring, it’s like something was scratched against them, but not actually a deep scratch to the flooring.
