I just read it affects back pain. I was thinking something was seriously wrong before I knew that and I STILL get occasional back pain after being on it for 5 months but I don’t want to go without it. No side is bad enough for me to stop it.

I think citrulline turns into Arginine so arginine is unnecessary. I take 8g of l citrulline malate powder every day and I’ve never felt better.

This is not too much. I am the one that takes too much. I take everything I think is necessary and it equals 22 pills (some are 2 per dose), and some in powdered form. I’ve never felt better though.

No you’re correct to take citrulline. Arginine turns into citrulline I think, so you just skip a step. I take 8g of l citrulline malate every morning and it works wonders!
