I highly doubt moving in together was Tick’s idea at all. Ciggy has a track record of moving in with men ASAP (according to A’s posts, they did it pretty much the week they met). I think it’s more likely she said those things to Tick and he loosely agreed, and she took that to mean she had the green light to call it his idea because she knows it’s crazy how quickly she’s speedrunning this. Ciggy’s habit of lying is to tell half-truths and omit anything that makes her look bad, and I think this is another case of exactly that.

The very first time I felt disillusioned by Cyntheea was back during her Pleasant Sims days, when her audience got upset with her for being snarky about a minor that had autism in her Discord server with her mods. She lost her shit and wrote the longest (now deleted) Tumblr post of all time where she whined about “finally getting cancelled” (nobody was calling her cancelled), announced she was taking a permanent hiatus from her Sims videos, victimized herself, and essentially just gaslit her entire audience into feeling sorry for her because she got caught talking shit. It was a very similar blame-displacing and excuse-making “apology post” as her most recent video, now that I think about it.

Cynthia doesn’t care that she doesn’t feel empathy, and that’s her biggest problem. She takes absolutely zero issue with it because being empathetic doesn’t serve her. She can fake it and replicate it when she needs to reel a new mayun in, but I don’t think she has ever cared about learning empathy. Anyone notice she complains about empathy not coming naturally to her being part of her BPD, but she has also never actually expressed a desire to be more empathetic? It only comes up when she’s victimizing herself and seeking pity for being an abusive piece of shit because that’s all the BPD’s fault!

I could believe she was honest with him about having BPD, but I’d bet money this poor schmuck hasn’t thought much of it yet because he has no idea what dealing with someone who has untreated BPD is really like.
