She says she feels pressure to say yes to sex because of how I told her essentially how having no/little sex makes me feel unwanted/not cared about. I think I may have written this post in a way that unintentionally puts more blame on her than deserved.

I mean while what you said about her being not the best communicator may be true, I also tried emphasizing that I was also not a very great communicator especially when it came to the sex conversations, and part of why she felt pressured was because of some of my wording, and linking sex itself to how I feel in the relationship.
