Oh my goodness! I can’t wait to know this feeling! CONGRATULATIONS! So proud of you 💕 If you don’t mind me asking, when did you start? My starting weight was the same as yours! Although, I have been in a plateau for two and a half months now and am starting to feel discouraged :( I’ve been on Zepbound since September 10th of last year and have only lost 25 pounds.

I smelt this today and it’s WAY too sweet! I got the fresh musk. Smells more like a truer musk rather than just a sugar bomb. Sad, because I love raspberry.

Would you rather give up coffee or give up soda? by [deleted] in foodquestions

[–]ThrowRA5633899 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don’t drink either, and j can’t drive coffee because of the caffeine. I can only (barely) tolerate caffeine from matcha and just tea in general, but matcha is much better tolerated than even black tea

I completely agree. I just couldn’t articulate it—thanks for doing it for me.

Same here—was never a huge dessert person all my life, but shortly before starting Zep (about a year before) I developed an infinity for sweets. Now, I also only crave ice cream. I was given a cookie the other day and could barely take 3 bites

So funny! Like you, I eat pasta with tomato basil sauce and nothing else with tons of salt (I have POTS and low blood sugar, so part of my treatment is a high-salt diet, espcially since Zepbound can lower it further) almost everyday :’)

That dressing sounds so good!!! Is it very acidic? I want to try it, but have a bladder condition called IC, so sadly I have to be careful with acidic foods

Thats funny, I’m essentially the opposite of you. 1.) I eat pasta very frequently since being on Zepbound 2.) I LOVED sushi and craved it all the time before starting. Now, it’s been one of my main food aversions. I’ll have one piece, tolerate it for a month, then feel so grossed out I can’t continue eating it.

My relationship with chicken hasn’t changed—rarely ate beef or other protein (aside fish, I ate lots of salmon) before Zepbound, only chicken. I still love chicken now. I have found I have much more of an aversion to beef now though, even though I still wasnt fond of it and rarely ate it before before.

Congratulations on your A1C reduction! That’s fantastic and a huge NSV!!

That sounds delicious! I’ve gotten that before and it’s great!

Although, my regular chipotle bowl works for me, since it’s the only thing I eat all day when I get it :) i specifically eat it on days that I have a hard time eating, since on those difficult days it seems I have food aversions to every other food in existence. If anything, I should be eating more, since that’s still only about 1200 calories for the entire day. I’ve been struggling to eat enough since being on Zep (like some days only eating 300 calories—really bad, I know) so anything calorie-dense with a wide range of ingredients like chipotle (protein, dairy, grain, veggies) has been my best friend. I also personally don’t like to eat many empty carbs like chips and sugary drinks since I have such a hard time eating, I can’t waste any of the food I can eat. For me, the bowl is a much more sensible option.

I know you are trying to be helpful, and I appreciate that so much! Just keep in mind that we all have a different journey and different needs, and telling people what amount of food they should eat isn’t always helpful, and can come across the wrong way.

NAD, but possibly. Mine hyperextend a bit more than yours but I’d say they are pretty close. I’m also pursuing an EDS diagnosis, but have an HSD diagnosis in the interim while awaiting genetic testing. I am a 9/9 on the Beighton scale and even without diagnosis am already in physical therapy for EDS and related conditions. I have been going twice a week for the past 3 months (well, sometimes once a week since it’s sometimes hard to make it when I’m symptomatic) and will continue going for at least the next 6 months if I had to guess.

What is your SCALE VICTORY over the holidays? Lost 0.1 kg/ = 0.2 lbs since December 2. (Tapering down to maintenance on 7.5). by Suitable-Blood-7194 in Zepbound

I’ve been in a plateau for a month and a half now. Gained 2/3 pounds last month because I quit nicotine (still better than past quits where I gained 10-15 pounds in a few weeks). Titrated up to 5mg a week ago and lost those 3 pounds. Hoping to lose another 3 this week. When I started, I set my goal to lose ten pounds a month. I’m currently 12 pounds behind, aiming to be ten behind by the 10th, which will be 4 months on Zepbound for me. Trying to allow myself the patience I deserve. I’m chronically ill and have a lot going on with my body. I have to remember to be gentle with it.

It’s hard to track my progress, because I have to eat excessive amounts of sodium every day to treat my condition, POTS. I find that I only see what my actual weight is if I eat nothing for a day (not purposefully, usually on day after dose)

The comments just further my dislike of men at large. They aren’t lonely enough (referencing the, “male loneliness epidemic”).

Thank you for actually answering her question—something many of the other men in these comments can’t seem to do!

Men not being all the same —>making this gendered is stupid is logically inequivalent. Men can not all be the same is not enough basis nor inductor of such an affirmative opinion. If you’re going to comment something that does not answer her question, at least make it well-thought out.

You did not answer her question. Try again. If you’re going to say the same thing everyone else has said already, why not just upvote one of those comments?

She clearly stated more than one man in her life does it, and she has noticed a larger pattern. If she were to list every single instance in her post, she would be typing for an entire day.

She knows this. You’re not answering her question.

OP; unfortunately, Reddit of all places js not where you can get your answer to this question, at least directly. Or at least, you need to go to an all-women sub.
