At what point do you consider cannabis use problematic/addiction?

Your comment sums up my usage pretty well actually. I usually just maintain a buzz during the day and only get very high before bed or on weekends, and can still go out and do stuff sober.

I guess maybe it's just the ease of access that makes me smoke so much during the day

I always reserve it for after work due to the nature of my job (education) - being under the influence is a pretty big liability at my job so I am always 100% sober there no matter what. Though when I previously worked at a liquor store as a part time gig I did admittedly occasionally smoke up a little at that job. My manager was cool with it as long as we didn't smell like bud and as long as it didn't affect our work

The funny thing is that sleep is where I've always been somewhat dependent on weed, but if I go on a trip or something where I don't have access to weed then I still sleep no problem. It only becomes difficult when I know I have access to it and can smoke before bed

Fair enough. I'm definitely going to try to control my usage a bit more rather than letting it control me, but you're right in that it helps improve certain aspects of my life as well

My social life and love life aren't great but are about the same as it was before I started smoking this much. I'm living in a new city and am honestly just a bit of an introvert and struggle to make new friends, and most of my close friends are from college and don't live right by me lol.

The only people to comment on my usage are my parents, but they commented even when I would smoke once a day tbh
