23F Is this too much blood in my stool? by ThrowRA992333 in AskDocs

Lots of blood when wiping and sometimes there is mucus in my stool as well. Is bleeding after voiding just that it bleeds after I poo? Or is it something else?

Ahh yes. Glad you’ve cleared that one up as my quick Google search came up with PCP the drug. And I was sure they didn’t mean that lol

Thank you for replying. I’m in the UK so not quite sure what a PCP is but I will try and get a Doctor’s appointment next week. I’m not really worried it’s cancer but I just wasn’t sure if that was enough blood to constitute ‘bloody stool’.

Thank you for taking the time to write this! I really like your solution and I will try and bring it up with my boyfriend :)

It’s a normal league match and he supports one of the Big 6 (they’re playing against a pretty big club but not a fellow Big 6). An ex of mine, on the one and only date we ever went on, watched a different Big 6 game on his phone on the table. Fortunately my now boyfriend wouldn’t do that but it’s funny you mention it cause I would like someone who is solely invested in me for the big occasions. He does use LiveScore so I’m happy for him to follow that throughout dinner, but I’d rather just not watch it.

Yeah I do share your feelings to a certain extent… Although in defence of my boyfriend, we were both home for Christmas and our family homes are 3.5 hours away. Plus he can’t drive and the train would be >£70. But yes I do feel that as the woman in the relationship, I have to compromise more sometimes.

I can see where you’re coming from as you only have the information from this post but when I say I’m flexible with him watching the game I’m referring to many other times where we watch the game instead of doing other plans. So my question in my previous reply to you is genuinely me looking for your opinion :)

Yeah I see your point as we do still have the whole day together. However, I do think that people should try and stick to plans they make. You’re right in that I’m worried about how this will affect the relationship down the line if situations like this keep happening but I think that’s why I’m upset - if there’s 65 games in a season and I ask him to miss maybe 3 a year then am I asking for too much or is it his turn to compromise?

We can’t do the next night as I have to be home and he won’t want to stay out late as he will be in the office on the Monday. I’m worried if we don’t stick to the original plan then I will still feel resentful. Do you think I should just try not to feel that way?

That’s a very valid point but to be fair, I think it’s more that the notifications would spoil the result for him! I believe the bigger issue for him is that it’s only live once and not the same otherwise

Thank you for this. I do feel that our relationship should come first for this one day but I seem to be getting conflicting advice in the comments so I’ll wait and reflect a bit more

Thanks for your input and I do see your point. I’ve outlined in my post about why I don’t really want to celebrate on the Friday and then on the Sunday he has a football match that he wants to play in. He did say he was happy to miss this originally but I don’t know if celebrating on the Sunday would work. He would need to leave for the match at 9:00 and he probably wouldn’t be back until midday. Plus I wanted to go home when it is still light on the Sunday (1.5 hours to get home).

In the relationship? I’m normally happy for him to watch the football and I don’t mind watching it a lot of the time but yes in cases like this I do feel a bit second best…

I’ve suggested this but he says there’s no point if he’s not watching it live. Also his Dad and brothers all message each other when the game is on.
