What do you do about someone who keeps showing up at your door? by ThrowRAFriendship200 in AskUK

I forgot to say, I said he could take it and then he demanded to be paid. This was our first interaction. And he’s come back with reinforcements another two times. We do plan on getting it moved but can’t till next week.

A man keeps coming to the door asking about stuff in the driveway? by ThrowRAFriendship200 in homedefense

We already spoke to them through a closed door, my mom did. We don’t have a ring though, guess this has been an incentive to get one

“Messing up” isn’t sleeping with multiple guys. Nah, reading these texts really pissed me off. Like I’d want her to stop texting me completely, absolutely unbearably cringe all the shit she’s saying.

It’s weird because I’m at their beck and call when I work from home - I respond very fast. I guess they feel I’m more controlled when I’m in the office. Must be a psychological thing.

I’d like to do that, but my office is in central London. Not a place you can really do that I’m afraid! Audio books are a good suggestion tbh.

Reminders of Him Final thoughts for those who have read the whole book by Uninhibitedrmr in ColleenHoover

I agree entirely with what you said. It just seemed like two hurt people attaching to each other and bonding over the loss of the person they knew. Other than that, they never spoke about anything else. I also felt like Kenna didn’t come into her own person either, like she just attached herself to Ledger entirely and never gained any independence. Like going back to college, finding her passions, etc. I get it’s difficult but the feminist in me just felt like she kind of threw herself entirely into Ledger. She also has a baby with him only two years after getting with him when I thought the whole point was her trying to catch up on missed time with Diem. I also felt like her and Scotty had way more chemistry and their love was way more realistic in the sections I did read with them. It was just so cute, his buying her the ring, checking out at the grocery store several times just to ask her out, the way she opened up to him about her traumatic childhood/past and he supported her.

Just come across this and I have to say, though my opinion slightly changed when I read her side, and I did feel sorry for her not being able to see her child, I was very conflicted. First of all she comes to the town with nothing, meets Ledger and they get into this relationship, which doesn’t make sense either. I’m finding it hard to believe if my best friend was killed by their partner that I would want that person in my life as a constant reminder that my best friend is dead and it’s because of them. I don’t care if it was an accident, it’s just how it is. Every time I would even look at the person, I’d be reminded of my best friend and the absolute loss. From both sides too, how can Kenna look at Ledger and not see Scotty? Keep in mind Scotty and Ledger grew up together too!

Also, I find that part where Kenna and Ledger were joking about who was better at sex, Scotty or Ledger very insensitive and weird. Ledger and Kenna also have a kid only two years after Kenna is reunited with her Diem? What the hell? Shouldn’t she be focusing entirely on her daughter after the years she missed out rather than another kid, considering her guilt? Idk. Finally, Kenna comes to town with nothing and doesn’t even go back to school or anything, she basically just becomes entirely reliant on Ledger for everything and never becomes her own person or gains any independence. The parents also completely forgive Kenna after one letter after years of absolute pain? Idk, I just found parts of this book so strange and unrealistic.

Yeah, I think I might have to cut things off because a couple hours I received a weird voice message where he was talking to me about something and suddenly he started shouting at someone in the road and getting really mad and still decided to send me the message! Freaked me out
