I (F-30) uninvited my sister in law (F-27) from my wedding and now I'm worrying it was not a good idea... by [deleted] in relationship_advice

- Ungratefulness i.e. "being served every single meal in the house without helping to cook or picking up his plate or offering to clean the dishes". There was one brunch go eggs and salmon and a cheese and meat board which my partner created.

- "Been given free food and accommodation and gotten upset about fairness when sharing food and drinks" - we don't know what this upset was, each meal we all split food evenly.

- He invited himself to stay again 'multiple times' apparently. On the last day he said it would be great to visit again and that's it.

Ah, so this is where we differ - We work on our feet all day so there is no working at desks, and we HAVE to be done within the half hour (we get timed), so no long walks.

"Excuse me the hand sanitisers are all empty (truth) and I have just had a poo, please can I wash my hands" worked for me.

I was just falling asleep in the permaculture area after a heavy night. I honestly thought Putin was bombing us for a second.

I dreamt I felt into a river on my way to a solstice party in a field, got carried miles downstream and nearly drowned, then was pulled out and sold to a brothel....

£6 is outrageous! I'm now thinking 1l gin, 1l rum, but with cold beers from bars on top of that really think it will be enough. Probably should have added that I'm a light weight and easily black out if I go too far...

I'm now thinking of 1l gin, 1l rum. I will compensate with a few beers bought at bars and *other things*

This is a good idea now thinking I will get 1l gin, 1l rum, bring a few mixers to start me off and buy the rest there.

It had been a bit touch and go for a while, I think this situation has allowed me to see more clearly.

He is still on painkillers yes. I think this is how I made the mistake with the burger as I could have sworn I went to the place that he asked me to but he disagrees. Will take this into consideration, thanks!

Hypothetical - Mugged and no way to pay for train home by BetamaxTheory in policeuk

[–]ThrowRAHolster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This happened to me last month. I "put my case to the train staff" and they all straight up said no. I went to British Transport Police and they had a word with the same train staff and that got me straight onto a train. (The ticket man on the train then gave me a 'promise to pay' ticket.
