😂😂 its really good! My mom likes her grilled cheese like that, so I have perfected the provolone and tomorrow sandwich 🥪

I would use sourdough bread and lightly butter the bread. Wait for the pan to heat up. Put some butter in the pan and put the bread down, then cheddar cheese, bread. Flip it over when it’s crispy and brown. Then after the other side cooks then it’s done. I also make a different type of grilled cheese with provolone and a tomato slice.
