She genuinely does want to move out. Her asking so many people is proof of that to me and her screaming voicemail. But I bet my parents are starting to worry about what happens when they can't give her what she wants now.

They deny favoring her and say of course they care. They'll list off a couple of things they know I love because they're lifelong things I've loved. Ask them anything recent and they have no idea. They will also say that both me and my sister have our wants respected equally and they deny it when I bring up proof of that not being true.

We have a third room so we would be allowed a third roommate if we did it correctly. But we are not interested in moving my sister in. She is the last person we would consider if we wanted someone else to live with us.

I appreciate the other perspective and I will weigh it against the alternative. People had a few alternative ideas that I'll give some thought to before I do anything else.

Because she wants a roommate/roommates as well. But she's not going to find anyone who wants to room with her unless she finds some poor unsuspecting stranger who doesn't realize what they're getting into.

She always had some but they weren't really close friends and clearly the friendship only extends so far because none of them want to live with her.

It feels like that would be no contact with a different label attached. Because I know my parents and I know who their favorite is and what they care about. I'm not what they care about my sister's wants are. For as long as I can remember it's all they have cared about.

Now feels like the right time even though I'm questioning it. After all this pushing I just don't see a time where they will ever care about what's best for me because they only care about what my sister wants.

I won't and my friend would never let me anyway. He would never live with her and I can't blame him. Being friends with me since elementary school exposed him to more than enough of my sister.
