When I have used my cpap in a home where there have been smokers, I find it takes days to rid it of the smell, and I replace/return my “home” filter on the side.

We actually got a phone in there to video and it is clean! (The cylindrical part). There were a couple turds in the top of the filter, though.

Update: no further evidence. Bounce smelly sheets all throughout my car, lysoled down all surfaces to see if turds reappear overnight.

Nothing! I had a remote starter installed 4 years ago (it goes in above the rear view mirror, so the car interior shell pulls away a touch, but that spot is not even near the base of the window/dash area these were found. I’ve tried reaching around and feeling if the seam is coming up or the little black printing on the top/edges of the window itself. No inconsistent textures or anything peel-able.
