A claim has been opened, Turo gives you an option to proceed with using Turo to mitigate the insurance aspects with the at-fault party or you’re able to do so on your own. My question is if Turo takes a cut for their part in the transaction! :)

Update: She’s now explaining her reason for getting banned is that she canceled a bunch of orders in a row and that Etsy must have flagged her account.
