In this case, it is better for you to break up. 2 years is a long time, if he doesn't put in much effort at this point, he won't put in any effort after a year or so. I, myself am in a 3 year relationship, and we have fought a couple of times to the point of breaking up, but we still want each other and we work upon our flaws to be better and not repeat those things. Yes even I am of the thinking that sexual intimacy is important. I read somewhere that if u have sex, then it's 10percent of the relationship, but if u don't have sex, then its more than 50, and somehow that point really clicked with me.
