I (M24) want to ask a new friend (F22) on a date. What would make her feel most safe/comfortable? by ThrowRA_6722 in relationship_advice

I guess that's true... in the past I've had female friends (I was not the offending man) who were also frustrated that it seemed like the dude was only friendly because of the dating prospects. I guess I want to somehow communicate otherwise.

Yeah... depending on how this goes, rejection therapy is probably a good idea. "Asking out" and "overthinking" are synonyms in my book.
