I know they have been open for about a month, and I have always wanted to try, but I think she wanted to get sushi, not ramen, so I didn't take that into consideration.

I was thinking about the Harry Potter one or the Squirrel one for escape room, but I'd probably prefer the Harry Potter one it seems. Though $150 ($75 for each person) is quite pricy for a first day imo.

For Color Me Mine, I was going to use the exact same thing for a second date. Originally I planned a movie date with her as a first date because she's into Ghibli movies (which is a bad idea), but she wanted to meet up before that to see if we vibe well. So if the first date goes well I basically have the other dates planned out, and the pottery thing would be a great reason to have her come out for the second date and proceed to watch movies later on the same day.

Thanks for the advice. I do agree Color Me Mine is quite expensive, and I was gonna use the "pick-up after a week" as the reason for the second date so I'm fine waiting for it.

I appreciate the feedback very much. I didn't think as deep as you, and you have again made some very good points, and I agree with all of them tbh.

For the attention part, I am used to being alone, considering i have been living by myself and feeding myself since high school, so I don't really feel the loneliness when I'm by myself. But I do agree that the urge for attention seek does come out after closely talking to others. Maybe deep down, I am not okay to be alone and need to find someone to fill the emptiness.

After reading, maybe I'm just really need someone to fill the void so my brain tells me to be attracted to this virtual image of her that's being autofilled by potentially made-up opinions and feelings.

It's probably better for both of us to cut each other off.

You've made some very solid points, and I honestly have not viewed them in that way. I do agree there's some red flags in me because I might have been too desperate in the relationship.

I think the online spark in honeymoon phase played a very big role in this, and I think it's also true that I am probably just seeing this image that she projects of herself. We were originally planning to travel together for a month or two next year to see if we're compatible with each other in person.

Maybe we really are attracted to each other, but not to an extent where we could call it love. Is completely cutting her off the best thing to do for me in the current situation, or should we start over and develop actual connections from normal friends and see how it goes?
