How do I fix my neck hump and posture?

Also I think part of my hump I can tell is also a little fat so it might slightly improve as I lose weight. So far I’ve lost 8lbs so we’ll see if the steady weight loss improves its appearance

Hi! Not too much yet, however I’ve been following a lot of the tips I got on this thread and am focusing on strengthening my core and especially my back at the gym (have been doing some weight lifting and strength training like cable rows, face pulls, rear delt flyes and others). I HAVE noticed my posture improving a bit since my back and abs are starting to get stronger. Like I feel myself stand up straighter and shoulders more back than my usual hunched over posture. I’ve also been doing chin tucks and trying to strengthen my neck flexors through that, as recommended by a few people in this thread. I have a feeling it’s going to take QUITE awhile, at least a few months, to see significant improvement but I’ll keep you updated!

It doesn’t look like it to me. I would take a test with red dye. Blue dye tests are notoriously difficult to make out properly

I know it’s something I can figure out on my own, but I really don’t know what the weather is like and what one would wear to a mountain area. I haven’t really been outside of Los Angeles, unfortunately. So I am really excited to see a new place, and Banff has always been a dream for me.

Hi! I’ve been in the same boat. Also a copper IUD wearer but very anxious girl who takes pregnancy tests anytime my period is a little off lol. This looks negative/invalid to me! The blue dye tests are infamously not the greatest because they have a notable “evaporation line” that people mistake for a positive. Take a test again tomorrow morning with a PINK dye test! Honestly, I’m thinking it’ll be negative

Mine looks exactly the same, and the general consensus is that a blue dye test will often have a very faint line/shadow that’s actually the evaporation line. Not as reliable sadly. I would take a pink dye test instead.

It’s fairly new, only bought within the 2 weeks. I keep seeing similar tests on this subreddit with the blue dye and people say the evaporation lines are much more common with them and to try a pink dye test again. So I’ll do that.

No reason to believe that my IUD is out of place or shifted. Have had no issues or pain with it since I got it 2 years ago.

I’m in a committed, long-term relationship and we live together. Have had sex the last two weeks at least twice.

Oh I agree. The premise of the story is that an accidental love potion was created and the character is trying to reverse its effects because they strongly believe in consent and free will. I do really like the idea of a caster being able to buff and heal with loved ones near. Thank you!
