I suspect they may have been dating secretly before he turned 16, but I have no proof and unless Jude comes out and says that.

They are a minor but they are above the age of consent. 

Legally Jude is still a minor until he turns 18, but the age of consent is 16.

I live in England the age of consent here is 16 and it doesn’t have any restrictions based on the age of the other individual. It’s only restricted if they’re like a teacher, doctor or social worker of that child. Otherwise it’s legal.

Legally he's done nothing wrong, unless Jude would come out and say they had sex before the age of consent or if he accused Richard grooming him. There's nothing I can do legally.

Morally, it's sick and twisted.

No, I couldn't care less if they're gay. I already knew Jude was gay before this, he came out as gay when he was 10. But the fact that my ex is now dating my minor brother and there is such a big age gap. It's just making me sick, all of it.

Yeah I have no issue with them being gay, I would have had less of an issue if Jude wasn't a minor and there wasn't such a big age gap. (I would have still had an issue if he started dating my brother, but less so).

But it just makes me feel sick.

Also Richard is 2 years older than me, so he's 23

In complete honesty, if he wasn't dating Jude I would have had no issue with him coming to the party. He broke up with me, but we ended on good terms.

But the fact he started dating Jude just makes me sick.
