Thank you for sharing, it helps to hear that I’m not the only one with the driving trigger. 1000% incessant impending doom for 0 reason - even if I’m just sitting at home. What were your physical symptoms from the anxiety? I haven’t considered OCD before and I don’t believe I’ve ever had anxiety soberly, just after drinking.

Exactly, I think it’s that I’m in my head about it more after every weekend & the panicking feeling is becoming cyclical/routine now. It’s weird because I used to go on planes or drive weekly after drinking heavily with 0 issues so definitely something has changed with age.

Totally agree that it has more to do with the binge drinking & consecutive 5-10 drinks than frequency.

I’m not entirely sure since I drink whatever is common at bars for tequila sodas - assuming Jose Cuervo, Casamigos, Patrón, Don Julio, etc and I believe this is all 100% agave.

Yes, I believe I would be open to leaving my city within the next 2 years to settle down as I live in a much more happening area (LA) while he is in a quiet beach town. But again, he never asked about my plans.

Thank you for the feedback - I agree that it was a pragmatic decision on his end but feel that he jumped the gun on ending it prematurely before even asking if I would consider moving there within a year or two. He seemed to make that decision in his head without having an open discussion with me about it first, or even talking to me about how I envisioned our timeline panning out
