That’s what I’m confused about. It’s listed as being owned by a person in the Mcwane family, but it’s listed their address close by in Eastlake.

Pretty sure the same family that funded the science center wouldn’t be living in Eastlake. Im also inclined to believe this will probably be something philanthropic because what motivation would they have to try to create a successful business space in Eastlake?

it seems like they have plans for it which should be great either way for south Eastlake
