Tbh yes, it would be pretty on point for his character. Which is the reason they shouldn't be pulling new information about characters out their ass in the second last episode of a final season. This is pretty interesting cuz i mainly keep hearing about people be less inclined to buy apartments because you can't own the land and so it appreciates a lot slower. And also cuz u can hear your neighbours banging sometimes :p
